Site visits / individual interviews

Judging for the ASEAs follows two distinct approaches:

  • Organisations, teams and projects are evaluated with an on-site visit
  • Nominees for individual awards are evaluated with a structured interview.

All site visits and telephone interviews are conducted by independent market researchers, with guest judges – fellows of the Customer Service Institute of Australia and invited customer service experts who work in non-competitive industries.

Fee Schedule

Members*

Individual-level* nomination - $225 + GST
Organisation-level nomination - $545 + GST

Non-members

Individual-level nomination - $335 + GST
Organisation-level nomination - $765 + GST



* It's important to note that individual CSIA member discounts only apply to the nominee, not the nominator. Further, individual CSIA members' do not receive discounts for organisation-level (corporate) nominations. Any fees incurred to participate in the judging process (e.g. travel to and from interview site for individuals) are the responsibility of the entrant.
